509 Men's Range Insulated Jacket - Black Ops, Red, Blue, Orange, or Hi-Vis. The Range jacket uses 5TECH fabric material with 300D Cordura HP face fabric, and 200-gram body and 150-gram arm Thinsulate insulation for added warmth, while maintaining a light and comfortable fit for all-day rides. Extra insulation and layering can be worn under this jacket for additional warmth. Polyester shell materials are treated with an industry leading DWR to provide a technical water repellency barrier that is the first line of defense.

Under the hood, the 5TECH fabric is laminated with a durable, waterproof and breathable technical layer along with a full moisture blocking seam tape to keep you dry. On our RANGE line of outerwear, premium synthetic insulations are used to Protect you from arctic temps and full throttle induced biting wind. Creating a durable yet non-restrictive line was critically important. We developed a lightweight, non-restrictive, 3D fit with aggressive rider position mapping technology.

This allows for full range of motion without restriction. The most comfortable, rider specific fit out there while maintaining a durable resistance to abrasion and tearing. Critical rider designed details like snow skirts, wrist/leg gaiters, and dual position pit zips keep you dry and comfortable in the harshest winter environments.
