This is a Mens Barbour Northumberland Range Jacket in XL, it is not a waxed jacket, it is a field coat basically style wise - shabby and yet sheikh. All buttons are present, the zipper works, sleeve openings are adjustable for wind, the waist is adjustable with an internal string and toggle. It is a very nice English Barbour that has rarely been worn.
